About Mike

Michael currently serves as Principal of Winter Park High School, one of Florida's largest and most recognized public high schools.Throughout his career, he has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, district leader, and state-level education leader.As Founding Principal of NeoCity Academy, he helped build one of the nation's highest-performing public schools. He has also led school improvement efforts, leadership development programs, and educator preparation initiatives throughout the United States.Michael is the creator of The Principal School Podcast and teaches aspiring leaders through the University of Central Florida.
